These terms govern your use of www.glocalinsight.com (the "Site"), operated by Glocal Insight LLC, a Kansas limited liability company ("Glocal Insight," "we," "us"). By accessing the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful informational and inquiry purposes. You agree not to use the Site to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe any third party's rights; transmit malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data; scrape or harvest content or contact information by automated means; or interfere with the Site's operation.

2. No professional advice through the Site

Information presented on the Site — including service descriptions, articles, FAQs, glossary entries, and downloadable resources — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not professional advice. Engagement-specific guidance is provided only under a separately signed engagement agreement, not through this Site or through email exchanges that have not been formalized as an engagement.

3. No guarantee of certification or audit outcome

Glocal Insight provides consulting services that prepare clients for ISO certification and related audits. ISO certification is granted by accredited certification bodies that operate independently of consultants by design — that independence is what makes certificates worth anything. We do not and cannot guarantee that any client will pass any audit, receive any certificate, retain any existing certificate, or achieve any specific outcome from any engagement. We commit to honest professional work; outcomes depend on factors outside our control including but not limited to client implementation effort, auditor judgment, evolving regulatory interpretation, and operational circumstances.

4. Advisory services only; client retains responsibility

Glocal Insight provides advisory services. We do not assume operational responsibility for our clients' management systems, regulatory compliance, or business decisions. Our clients retain full responsibility for implementing recommendations, operating their management systems, and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations. References to "fractional executive," "fractional leadership," "embedded advisory," or similar engagement structures do not create employment, fiduciary, or officer relationships between Glocal Insight (or any of its consultants) and any client, except as expressly set forth in a written engagement agreement explicitly creating such a relationship.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, downloadable resources, and the underlying code — is the property of Glocal Insight LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial use, and you may share links to the Site. You may not republish, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission. The Glocal Insight name and logo are trademarks of Glocal Insight LLC.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Glocal Insight, its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the information provided on it, including without limitation damages for lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunity, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

For any engagement performed under a separately signed agreement, the engagement agreement governs liability allocation. In the absence of a separate engagement agreement, our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). For engagements governed by a written agreement, our cumulative liability under that agreement is capped at the total fees paid by the client to Glocal Insight under that specific engagement, unless the written agreement specifies otherwise.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Glocal Insight and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site in violation of these terms or any applicable law.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, and may incorporate embedded content from third-party services such as Cal.com and Beehiiv. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Your interactions with third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kansas, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

12. Entire agreement

These terms, together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Glocal Insight regarding your use of the Site. Engagement agreements signed separately govern the specific consulting work performed for clients and prevail over these terms for engagement-related matters.
